I stumbled across Open Dharma in 2015 and it opened everything up, giving me a language for what my heart knew, and reminding me of the deep quiet. I’m grateful for the mutual support, friendship and sacredness that keeps being beyond what I think is possible. I work on newsletters, patreon and other projects for Open Dharma and love to help deep rest meditation shimmer outwards. I’m secretary on the US Open Dharma Board and manage retreats. I live in Stroud, UK, and sometimes my van. I love being in the woods, poetry, the mysterious body, dance and colours. I offer massage influenced by lomi lomi and offer online deep rest meditations.
