Benoit Martin

I help Open Dharma with web and IT matters, through my small IT company.

I first came into contact with Jaya and Open Dharma many years ago, during a meditation retreat in Bodh Gaya, India, in January 2003, followed by a number of retreats with Jaya, Gemma and friends. I have had the chance to help organize, with friends, a few meditation retreats in Québec. Through meditation, I have discovered Contact improvisation, which brings mindfulness, movement, and connection together, and it has become another important part of my life. I also am the father of a wonderful child.
