I started meditating in the '90s and led by a strong spiritual longing spent many years exploring the dharma in India and Europe. I first lay down on an Open Dharma retreat in 2007 in Spain, and loved the nurturing approach. I currently live in rural Sweden with my family and help Jaya-ji with her websites.
